Your asthma treatment plan focusing on pharmacological and non-pharmacologic focus intuitively patient centered as well as supporting patient autonomy. Excellent job! In your post, you mention keeping an asthma diary, which is a helpful in recognizing triggers Rick may not have known otherwise.
