In our Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) program, I learned evidence-based practice from our classes. After I graduated, I observed many experience nurses in my hospital still using the techniques they learned in their nursing school. It makes me realize that how important to have research skills, so I can always apply most current and evidenced-based practice to my patients. The Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) program can help me to achieve this goal. In this program, I will learn how to do research. After I finish this program, I can keep my nursing skills current and develop research when I need.
