Medically assisted suicide is an argument that has been highly debated for a long time and is still being debated today. Medically assisted suicide gives doctors the ability to help terminally ill patients die who are not going to get better. I believe that medically assisted suicide should be an option for terminally assisted patients. This is because it prevents future pain and suffering, stops unnecessary and expensive treatments, and gives dignity and purpose to a patient's death.
