Think about that factor affects your view of the world (perception), how you communicate, and how you need to adapt your communication with others outside of that particular group or culture.

Factor – Job How does this affect you and how you communicate? Working at a daycare and being around preschoolers, I have to talk to them on a kid’s level. How do you need to adapt your communication based on this? When I’m around my family or friends, I might seem like I’m talking to them on kid’s level but I’m not being rude because I’ve been at work all day with little kids.
