Shot #5: I had my oldest daughter stand between the lines of our brick walkway to illustrate leading lines. She is in the middle of the walkway…

Beauford, along with one other man, founded Higher Ground Landscaping, one of CDC’s many funded groups that helps to improve the situations of people around Central Detroit and offer dependable jobs to people in need.…
To the left are picnic tables and to the right is a beautiful flowing creek filled with different animals, plants, and mosses and sometimes quartz crystals. I remember being able to see the fish as they swim underneath the icy cold water because the water is pure and crystal clear- it was not contaminated by human filth. Splashing a trudging through the water made my legs numb but I wouldn’t have had it any other way..…

I had many powerful experiences during our field study trip to Cape Cod. It was a wonderful experience, and I learned so much in those five days. This natural beauty shows the significance it has on individuals within the country as well as attracting other individuals to the states (which is an American dream). Travelers to the New World in the past were awestruck when they were greeted with such beauty and welcoming, thus sending more individuals. In 1843, Margaret Fuller explained with imagery and great detail the significance of her “Summer on the Lakes” in which describes a little town known as Oregon and the travels there. She describes this place as, “A day's journey along the beautiful stream, to a little town named Oregon.” This journal depicts a little town and shows the beauty along with the growth that comes with it.…
Over the course of the 20th century the Pacific Northwest was largely shaped by events that occurred in both the national and international level. In the past the Pacific Northwest was a hinterland and therefore its economy was effected directly by events that occurred outside of the region. This trend continued during the 20th century as well; although the region was not a hinterland any more, it continued to grow and change based on events occurring outside of the region, whether it is global or within the nation. These events affected the region economically, through the depression and multiple wars occurring during this time, and socially through the removal of Japanese and the increased immigration of African Americans. All together these…

Traditionally, only the big names, the giants of the industry ruled the textile market. It was like a monopoly cartel of the big players of the textile industry. The renowned names / brands like GulAhmed, Sapphire, Lakhany, Al-Karam Textiles, Lala Textiles and the likes ruled the market. But now, beginning around five to six years ago, things in the textile industry have changed. It is no more the ruling of the big shots.…
