The text reminders sent out would be…example: know your numbers, know your cholesterol, know you blood pressure, or know your healthy eating. The plan is to do the kickoff with Healthy Eating piloted through Ask My Nurse at the Cypress Clinic first. Depending on the volume, will determine how we proceed.
