Procedure states that receipts are to be turned in within twenty-four hours of receiving. It has been noted on two separate occasions where receipts have not been submitted in a timely fashion.
The receipts in question are both from Dagar’s Catering. There were received on Thursday, May 21, at 10:56 AM and were sent by Heather Campbell. A notification from Stacy Woodard was sent on the 28th of May recognizing those two receipts and lack of receiving with a request for end of day compliance.
This violates the request for twenty-four hour compliance and as a result, this constitutes a verbal coaching that is documented and will be placed in your file. For compliance purposes, please reference Stacy Woodard’s email regarding expectations.
