On Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at approximately 9:15am I, Lieutenant (Angela Garrett) received a telephone called from Officer Jacqueline Boyd who are transporting nine offenders to Little Rock Greyhound Bus Station. Officer Boyd stated to me that Offender Patrice William #708218 told her that she has the wrong medicine and that the medicine belongs to Offender Crenica William #713561 and she received it from the medical department. I instructed Officer Boyd to bring the medicine back to the unit and I will notify the medical department of this incident. I spoke with Shemake Golett (LPN) and she spoke with Willie Smith (LPN) and told her that Offender Crenica William will not have her medicine for pill call and that transportation will be
