• Employees working with an employment authorization document that limits their employment eligibility will not be allowed to work past their actual date on their documents presented. Their ID badges will be monitored and retrieved if they expire so they are not allowed to work in accordance with I-9 Company responsibilities. Additionally, the Human Resources department will provide the Unit Managers with a monthly list of all the employees with an employment authorization card. We will work cohesively and prevent any scheduling of work past the expiration date of the work authorization document.
