Lisa contacted Rad (PHaMs’ worker) as according to her records Rad is Wendy case worker. Rad listen what Lisa need to say and then suggested her to call manager Nicky.
2.- Wednesday 02.11.2016:
Lisa contacted Nicky and Nicky advised that the writer will call he, as she is Wendy case worker.

Phone call to Lisa: Lisa explained her concerns:
* In relation to the hygienic of the house, Lisa informed that a number of workers have refused to go and clean Wendy’s house, as there are a number of items on the floor, such as shoes, cloths, food, rubbish and more.
