Assignment 2: Elementary School Reform

1. All participants of educational process should believe in the success of the reform effort. If a school lacks the support from the teachers and administrators, the reform will not sustain for a long period of time. Different meetings and workshops should be organized prior to implementation of the reform. All details have to be clarified for the educators. They have to understand and accept the necessity of the changes and put their effort to support them.

2. Enough time should be given to accomplish the reform. This very important issue should be taken into consideration by administration of the school. Time management should be organized in an effective way to spend enough time on important components of the reform.
