1. Itemize revenue, by all sources, including individual lines items for the annual fund, grants, restricted grants, donations, and restricted donations.
2. Rename revenue line items for easy identification.
3. Pull fundraising revenue from statements and create a separate fundraising statement.
4. Zero out bad debt from the statement by July 1, 2016.
5. Total Compensation Comparison from July 2015 thru January 2016.
6. Research if there was funding received from IRC United Way for 2015-2016.
7. Increase the budgeted grant goal for 2016-2017.
