On Monday, November 20, 2017, Ms. Wormley requested that her case be closed. Ms. Wormley stated, at this time, she does not want to work. Ms. Wormley reported that she is not being compliant with her medication for depression. She has a scheduled appointment with Region 6 Mental Health Services for medication regulations and mental health counseling within the next month. At this time, staff recommended closure for Ms. Wormley's authorization as well. Ms. Wormley's original vocational goal was to work as office clerk.

However, on Monday, November 20, 2017, Ms. Wormley stated that she would like to design blue prints for construction sites. The counselor, Ms. Jorden, explained to Ms. Wormley the qualifications and dedication, she must have
