D: Client was present for group that was focused on Dim 5, providing information about substance-related triggers and the ways in which triggers can lead to relapse, and learning how to deal/avoid triggers to prevent relapse. Client participated in the group discussion, stated “When I have urges to drink I will think about all the negative consequences that created in my life”.
