Principle 1A. states that physical therapists shall act in a respectful manner toward each person regardless of age, gender, race, nationality, religion, ethnicity, social or economic status, sexual orientation, health condition, or disability. Principle 1A applies to the case because Cindi and Jim do not believe Bill is being entirely honest about the economic state of the business. Their hours have significantly decreased and their cases are in undesirable geographic areas, while his wife’s hours are increasing and her cases are in geographically desired areas.
