TRACIE DRAYTON 525 Spruce St. Hellertown, Pa. 18055 (484) 353-9275 was interviewed by appointment by phone. DRAYTON received a promotion and started working at JUDGE TIDD’s office in January 2015. Prior to her promotion she worked for Domestic Relations in North Hampton County, Child Support Office 127 Union St., Easton, Pa. 18042 (610) 253-3566. She worked there since December 2012 as Support Tech II. Previous to that DRAYTON worked in the private sectors as an Office Manager for a couple different Accounting Firms.
DRYATON was told that the Judicial Conduct Board is investigating a complaint about Judge TIDD and DRAYTON provided the following information:
DRAYTON stated when she first started working at Judge TIDD’s office; she worked with BRENDA ANTHONY, CASSY BETTLER and CRYSTAL ALLMAN. DRAYTON was in the kitchen on Elections Day In May 2015. She was making herself breakfast when she heard JUDGE TIDD come into the office. He started cursing and yelling at ANTHONY about being off on Election Day and she had scheduled hearings. DRAYTON couldn’t make out exactly what TIDD was saying, but it had something to do with him being off that day. DRAYTON stayed in the kitchen and ate her breakfast until TIDD left. When she finally came out she could tell ANTHONY was upset by the way she looked, but no one said anything at that time. That was the only time she saw TIDD act that way. …show more content…
DRAYTON was an office manager before and she knows, sometimes people didn’t get along for one reason or another, so she wanted to stay out of it because it really didn’t affect
