1.- Health and Wellbeing (How are you going?) –
Keelan informed the writer that last Friday he attended an appointment with Neami and yesterday with the YPark, and his name is on their waiting list. Keelan knows what sort of support he can get from YPark, as he was a client of them in the past, however; he was not sure about Neami. Keelan is willing to wait until a vacancy is available in YPark, but he would to check if it is possible to be admitted during the school holiday. Keelan would like to continue and finished his Certificate II at Chishom TAFE next year.
2.- Treatments (Medication etc) – Keelan is not taking any mental illness medication.
