Climate:In the part of idaho that we are doing it's sunny,cloudy and a little bit rainy but I think it's pretty good because it will not be to hot and when it rains it can water our garden. How does daily and seasonal movement of the sun affect where and how your house should be built? Idaho does have different season like here so I think it will be good because we will get sun to keep the house warm in the and rain and sun for our garden.

Energy

What energy source will your house use and why? We will be using solar panels to control or energy sources.

What energy conservation measures will your house use and why? We are going to put tinted windows to block the sun for the summer but probably replace them in the winter.

We are going to have a well to get our water.

How much water will you need for five people? We are going to need a lot of water because we have to shower and also take a bath that's why we are getting well for extra water.

What will you do with your wastewater? With the waste water we are going to water our grass.

Building materials

What materials will you use to build your house? We are going to make some things out of glass and maybe even brick and bamboo.

Are these materials available locally (in Tucson or Turrialba?) yes there is brick glass and we can rent bamboo from somewhere if we can't find it.

Are these materials “eco-friendly?” i think it is pretty eco-friendly because we are not really affecting nature besides the bamboo.

Household systems

What are your lighting requirements? We don't want a bright light on all the time so are lighting is probably just going to be the sun and we will also have curtains to get the light away when we don't need it and maybe at night we will use a candle or flashlight.

What are your air conditioning and air circulation requirements? We are going to use a battery powered fan’s to keep our house cool in the summer.
