The client stated she was diagnosed with ADHD when she was 10-years-old. The client stated she was diagnosed with Anxiety when she was 15-years-old. The client stated at the age of seventeen years old she was stabbed fourteen times after an individual attempted to rape her. The client stated because of this violence act she was diagnosed with PTSD and often has nightmares related to the incident. The client stated that last year, she was shot by a friend and that causes her to continuously be on guard. The client stated all of her previous relationships have included dating a meant hat physically abused her or dating a man that was a drug dealer. The client stated she does not have a employment history that is not related to prostitution or selling drugs. The client stated she sold drugs and prostituted as a means of survival and as a way to support her substance dependency. The client stated that she believes she has a sex addiction, the client stated she cannot experience sexual satisfaction, and that after sexual intimacy she always wants more.
