There was a new report taken on 11/15/16 for allegations of DV between Nicole and her paramour, Tamera Pearson. Goddess is living with Lillian Wofford and Lakeitha Mack babysits for Ms. Wofford when she works. Nicole stated that there was no DV incident between she and anyone and further states the last violent incident that she was involved in was in June 2015 and that was with Lamar Jones. Mr. Jones was not to have any contact with Ashley and Ms. Wofford was to be the person that would do the exchange of Goddess between Ashley and Lamar. Nicole states she does not have a boyfriend or a girlfriend and her child’s father, Lamar Jones, remains incarcerated at the Spartanburg County Detention Center. CW Nebo requested incident reports from Spartanburg Public Safety and Spartanburg County and was told that were none. …show more content…
Ms. Wofford confirmed that Goddess was in her care and CW Nebo predicts that Goddess has been in Ms. Wofford’s care since August 2016 and CW Nebo has been trying to reach Lillian since October 2016. CW Nebo and KCL-Jennifer Gilmer has been trying to get in touch with Ms. Wofford since October 2016. CW Nebo made initial contact with Goddess at the home of Lakeitha Mack.
