Since asset management is a system that maintains thinking on everything to an organization or group, it will have some specific functions and resources across the whole entity. Based on my understandings, I believe that correct organization and right person roles would support most of the asset management; leadership would be a major concern here in the organizations and groups that would be a way to help guide and train the people in the group.

Only if the lifecycle working properly, the whole scope will look good and the products will be superior. In my understandings, this is the most important element that needs to pay attention which decides the overall rating and grade - just like restaurant services, there are many factors may affect their reputations but the major one would be the food quality and taste undoubtedly.
For DMAIC process into this element, I do not find out which one has functioned similarly as the Lifecycle Delivery did. It may like the Improve step somehow that analyze and display data have been collected, but the concern I have on this step is that the objective may not carry out solutions only to find them out.
As for the Deming’s 14 points, I find that the last one creates a structure in top management that will vigorously advocate the first 13 points applies here; only that taking actions will lead to change and make continuous improvement, and achieve the common goal of the whole organization group.
The section 7 of Product or Service Realization in ISO 9001 fits most here compared with Lifecycle Delivery in asset management, which cares about the product organization and development of control and design for the products or services needed in the
