Personality Test Vs. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

Personality is the consistent and distinctive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of an individual. Based on the definition, there is an understanding that everyone has the ability to have personality within each one of us and the personalities that we may have different from one person to the next. Having an opportunity to take a personality test from the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) test was an interesting experience. Throughout the 16 personalities associated with MBTI test, four personalities were identified for each individual taking a test. Based on the results of the personality test, I found out the labels of Extrovert, Sensing, Feelings, and Judging (ESFJ) were the personality traits that were identified for me as an individual. Based on the results of MBTI personality test, the E, is associated with personality of an extrovert. The idea of having a personality type of an extrovert could be known as being friendly, sociable and outgoing. Based on my lifestyle, I believe the E fits me very well. First and foremost, judging has to do with the ability to have a use logical thinking to help with through process and decision-making. Being judgmental has its ups and downs. Knowing the difference from right or wrong and distinguishing the consequences also has the ability to identify the personality type of judging. Being judgmental has its ups and downs. The complexity of your judgments could establish an idea that you are judging is completely wrong and might not be the right judgment towards the person that is being judge. The judging personality type also has the ability to work hard and finish things on time. I am not quite there just yet but I tend to work hard to get there soon and have some attributes the allow me to have a judging personality
