The next is the Mission that focuses on creating knowledge and supports education, and health professions that serves in a diverse world. The last assessment is the Values which are respectful, responsive, and innovative. There are conceptual framework all four themes focuses on a strategic plan designated for student candidates. They are the learner center, developmental, the Inquiry-focused, and the Standards base. The Learner center- which is a program that focuses on preparing candidates from early childhood to high school. The Developmental- is a program that’s support the professional growth and differentiation of teachers, counselors, and administrators as they progress from beginner to expert in knowledge, skills, and dispositions. Inquiry focused – is an inquiry that is active in process and has a critical process for the standards that set for teacher, faculty, and students. Standard Base- Are standards put into place for all professionals to adhere to in preparing each candidate. In my opinion all are very important to follow and should comply with the guidelines set forth. The laws are guidelines put in place for each educator to obey in each state. The P-12 students are at the center of your studies and should be taught at academic levels while they learn thru various stages. The requirements for each assessment Students must be access with a test that must be taken. To determine if you have successfully finished all the required classes and tests that are given. There are three test that must be passed to receive a Teacher certificate. They are the following: TEP, AETCP, Praxis I & II and all test are accessed while in the teacher’s program. You must have a total 21 points in the undergraduate Teacher Education program. However, it is challenging to pass the Praxis test and all education courses and still maintain GPA of a 3.0. The difficulties that may interfere is when the student is attempting to exceed all classes with a high grade and manage their personal life as well. Multiple sets of standards that the candidate must complete to proceed in the Education program is to pass English, Mathematics with a 16 or higher
