What you learned
My leadership skills will benefit the workplace when situations aren’t running smoothly or when there is confusion in what task needs to be completed. I will take over the situation and guide the group into a productive path.
The teamwork skills that I have will be beneficial when there are group projects. I will be able to work efficiently along side my group members so that no person is doing more work then they need to. This will translate into work being done at a fast and accurate pace due to each member having equal amounts of work.
My strong values will help the workplace day in and day out. I will always be an employee that can be depended on. I will bring a positive and enjoyable attitude to all work that is given to me. One thing I am trying to improve on is to bring that positivity to group atmospheres and not get dragged down by negativity.

It will also create trust between the employer and I. I will be able to complete more tasks in a work day, with the help of my time management skills which will be beneficial for the entire company. My time management skills will also translate into less mistakes being made. Most mistakes are made when the employee is in a hurry but using this skill, I will be more relaxed and more efficient which means less errors. Using my time management skills will create less time wasted which will be beneficial to the company knowing that they are getting their money's worth hiring
