Assault And Violent Behavior: The Offender

The offender has a documented history of assaults and violent behavior. These erratic behaviors have been demonstrated in both physical assaults on previous paramours and law enforcement. He is also known to have an explosive temper which results in aggressive verbal interactions as reported by family members and staff at programs. He was released to a Justice Related Services plan to the Lafayette house in December of 2015. He left the program against medical advice on April 15, 2016. The offender became enraged and made multiple harassing phone calls threating violence on the same day. These threats included shooting up a drug and alcohol program which he was placed on probation for at OTN: G 740875-2. He was again released to another
