Gia, who is to be my motivator, mentor and leader of the Vietnamese-American community. I first met Gia when I volunteered for the VACOC in their annual fireworks fundraiser. From my first impression, Gia was an active leader and hands on everything. Later on, I became more involved with the VACOC activities and working closely with the board of directors. From my working experiences, I am getting to know more about Gia and inspired by her leadership style. A month ago, I asked Gia to be my interviewee for my midterm project and she kindly accepted my offer.
