In response to the 1st Step GR, Disqualification from the Apprenticeship program.

Ashleigh Robinson feels that she was unjustly disqualified, there was a lack of progressive meetings with the committee, and she was unaware of the areas she needs to work on.

After much debate and review the company feels that Ashleigh was in no way unjustly disqualified from the department. For 15 months Ashleigh has haphazardly participated in the program from obvious lack of engagement, to not turning in training paperwork, leaving tools out and all over different areas but never with her, poor attendance, leaving class as she saw fit and not returning, and lastly participating in her own crocheting and weaving of tack items while in class.

    Lacy Elementary school is a public urban school k-6 that has a capacity of 500 students, but is serving 650 students. The school 's capacity is at 130% which is well over the desired amount of students to be able to serve efficiently with the limited resources provided..
