I want to be in Leadership because I want to improve my skills and help others to do the right thing. Set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Become like an explorer, cutting a path through the jungle for the rest of his group to follow. Though, it’s mostly about mapping out where you need to go to “win” as a team; becoming dynamic and inspiring. I want to bring compelling visions to the group and help motivate and inspire them to help deliver that vision. However, it can be difficult to find ways to keep the vision inspiring after the initial enthusiasm fades, especially when changes are needed. But, I’ll work hard throughout the project to connect the vision with the people's individual needs, goals and aspirations. …show more content…
After a few days, I came up with the idea of announcing a specific core class and GPA. The students of that core class who maintained that GPA will stand up and be applauded. Their prizes will be awarded to them by their core teacher at the end. In conclusion, the whole committee approved of this idea and we built off of it. Working hard with each other to make it a solid plan with no problems. Shortly after, the entire class approved and we ran with it. Overall, it worked efficiently, saving time for more activities and less arguments from fellow teachers, for future rallies. For starters, I am an adolescent shareholder. I invest in a couple of different companies around the country, in fact, a few here in the state of California. But in my domains, I have experienced a lot with the idea of building and improving such opinions of fellow members or directors. I’ve underwent the pressure of responsibility and becoming flexible through tough situations.
