One of the youngest film producers in Mexico. Arturo André Fernández was born in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. He wrote, directed and produced his first short film _Bomba (2011)_ (qv) when he was 13 years old. His second short film was awarded with an Honorable Mention in a Short Film Festival. In 2015 he produced his first feature film _Sicario: El Camino de la Sangre (2016)_ (qv). He is studying Film and Media Production at Arizona State
