After graduation, I am interested in getting a job in the arts administration field; specifically fundraising. The qualities of being a successful fundraiser are: good communication skills, autonomy, being organized, detail-oriented, and having the ability to get work done in a timely manner. Other areas of being a successful arts administrator are being able to utilize staff efficiently during events, working within a budget, planning and executing events, public relations, and programming.
