Creating this artifact helped me to create a classroom management plan that I would like to imply in my future classroom. I had not heard of this technique until this assignment, and now I understand the way it works, the strengths and weaknesses, and how to apply this strategy. I would not change anything about this project because I think it would be a great tool to explain to other teachers how to incorporate this into their classroom.
