Articulation The faculty is willing to place the rules around the school building (ELCC 1.2a). There would be a professional development day workshop every Monday to teach educators about the mission and vision statement. The focus is to have staff meetings every two weeks. Our goal is to collaboratively create a plan with staff, using models in order to understand the vision for James Mosher Elementary School. Scholars will sing our school song (ELCC 1.2a). The vision for James Mosher is to have the scholars score high on the standardizing PARC assessment (ELCC 1.2b). We will bring collaborative learning and technology will help students adjust to the advancement of the 21st century

The staff will partner with the community to help encourage students by bringing scholastic book fairs, math programs and other online programs that will assist scholars with their learning (ELCC 1.3a). Family community engagement and family counseling is the key to scholars who need the support (ELCC 1.3a). There will be assembly for each grade in the beginning of the year to inform scholars of their future (ELCC 1.3a). James Mosher Elementary School is dedicated to creating monthly brochures and newsletters to informed parents of the educational programs, and resources for scholars (ELCC 1.3b). Staff and faculty will implement an informative program for the staff to learn about the stakeholders. (MILF 1.3). There will be practice testing in the school year to help students prepare (ELCC 1. 3a). Scholars will sign in on computer when they come in the classroom to mark for attendance (ELCC 1.3a). Also, it will be school officers in the building in the school year and when school is out for the summer. (ELCC 1.3a). There will be safety guard that will be elected to help scholars cross the street after school (ELCC 1.3a). Scholars will have access to participate in the (STEM) Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics program which will allow for scholars to gain knowledge on science, technology and math (MTTS
