Ali Al-Timimi, a U.S born spiritual leader of the Virginia Paintball Jihad Network, was convicted for counseling and inducing a conspiracy to use firearms in furtherance of crimes of violence, solicitation to levy war against the United States, and many other crimes that lead to his sentencing of life in prison in 2005. Saying that freedom is more important than safety is like saying that kids can play with knives and gun, and it’s okay because safety is not important. However, if you don’t keep guns and knives off the reach of children, your kids can kill themselves. I honestly think that in the century we are living now, there is more than enough freedom. Now a day, we can simply choose who to marry without our parents forcing us to do it, or even marry a same sex person. What more freedom you want than that? Do not misunderstand my comments or opinion, I still consider freedom of speech one of the most valuable reasons why people from all over the world emigrate to the states every day.
