Mike Simpson discusses how a person can go about negotiating a salary in the article, How to Negotiate Salary During the Job Interview Process. Simpson starts off the article by talking about how important money has become in our lives. People wish they had money all the money in the world because we wouldn’t be able to buy the things we want and need. Therefore, when getting a job we already have an idea of how much we would like to make. However, when offered the position and possibly a salary we aren’t too keen about we don’t want to negotiate because we feel it will make the employer angry.
