This article is about how vaping can harm the lungs. The chemicals in e-cigarettes can damage the lung tissue and can do almost the same damage as smoking. Researchers have found that the nicotine in e-cigarettes can cause lung tissue inflammation and can be as addictive as smoking tobacco. And the e-cigarette flavorings affected the lung cells, so smoking tobacco and vaping are almost both equally bad to the lungs.

Researchers state that chemicals in e-cigarettes can damage lung tissue, making them inflame. This makes the lungs ability to keep out germs and harmful substances decrease making it easier for more health risks. Nicotine is harmful to the teenage brain and now that many middle and high schoolers vape it can become a problem
