The article begins with the author having been assigned to a task force consisting of five people; their task is to improve the company technical support process. Every week, the team leader gave a report which have all unfinished tickets to the team and they work and follow up until those tickets have been closed. By using automation, the author was able to optimize the whole process and by the time the task force was disbanded, the job which used to take five people now only needs a few hours of work from one person per week. This progress not only in technology, but in every expect of our lives and technologies just happen to have an incredible advance lately. Will AI replace my job someday? Yes, it could, but like the author suggests if I am ready to adapt for that change, I can find myself useful again. In my view, we invent technology to enhance life, not to destroy
