I put myself in the shoes of the father who talks about he doesn’t want the women in his life basically being sexually assaulted by airport security. It shows the clear outline of genitals.” If I was the father of a family with a wife and two daughters, I’m forced into the decision of is it worth my family being sexually harassed to get somewhere faster. In my opinion, it wouldn’t be a question because it wouldn’t bother me personally, but being a protector of my family I have to do what’s best and I could accept putting my family through that. I understand how seeing my family go through that would make me uncomfortable as a father, but sometimes you have to put your feelings aside for the benefit of the greater good. I would much rather my wife and two daughters be “sexually harassed” than be killed by a terrorist on a plane just cause I didn’t want anyone to see their bodies. Although I do agree with some of the points asserted in the article, when you step back and consider the situation it’s selfish. By not wanting the airport security scanners I feel it would be saying my family’s privacy is more important than your life. So yes, airport screeners can be used to see x-rated
