On April 23, 2004, a man named Arthur Volupides died from a head injury while intoxicated. I was called to investigate the death the same day. It seemed he had fallen down the stairs on accident but evidence points otherwise. When I arrived at the house at 1am I found Arthur Volupides dead, on the bottom of the stairs, with his wife Queenie Volupides in distress with her friends. I have come to the conclusion that Arthur Volupides did not die from an accident, but instead was tripped and killed by his wife.
Firstly, Queenie and Arthur Volupides were both drinking and arguing earlier that night. Previous knowledge tells me arguing and drinking combined does not blend well and can often lead to escalated arguments or physical violence. I
