After reading all the three articles cases I think that the judges and the people make mistakes because they judge all the pieces of art as pornography and nudes. On the first case it was difficult task for the prosecutor to determine obscenity. In my opinion, it is not fair that the museum would have faced up to $10,000 in fines and Mr. Barrie would have faced up to a year in jail and up to $2,000 in fines. Although, as the cases said, “The Five of the seven photographs depicted men in sadomasochistic poses and were the basis of charges that the museum and Mr. Barrie had pandered obscenity. Two of the photographs showed children with their genitals exposed and were the basis of charges the defendants had illegally displayed the images of nude children.” I think that the five photographs it show how the human act and this is normal. For the two of the photographs that showed children with their genitals it show how children are Innocence and they act normally.

I think it is a great ideas because that will make all the people equal and that will stop racism. In this case Ms. Crowder was offended by the piece of oil painting because it was showing a seated nude female, legs crossed at the knees, with her left arm draped across her chest. After that, she submitted a sexual harassment complaint to the city legal department. And She asserted that the painting was “pornographic” and “very offensive and degrading to [her] as a woman.” In my opinion, I’m not sure if she make the right decision because every person have his/her won opinions.
