Art Institute Of Chicago Analysis

For my Experience paper I choose to go to the Art Institute of Chicago. Our adventure began when my family and I got in the car and drove to the Art Institute of Chicago. When, we got there we saw the amazing building and the big Lion statue. When I got there I saw the things that were around the building. I was so impress that the building had a lot of details around it. It had images and writing in the top of the like “Anno Domini” which means The year of the lord. That, name just gives us the idea of all the paintings that we are going to look. Looking at that natural color of the building for me represented the old structure before everything became modern. As we were looking at the paintings I was able could see the design,texture,and the techniques that each painter used and the different strategies that they used. The Art Institute of Chicago at the end had fill me up with wonderful experience and with the emotion of visit it again. I started thinking about what the teacher told us and also the question that i made myself. which was,Why I choose to go to the Art Institute? Then,I started to reflected on it and my answer was because they have lots of the modern paintings and architectural,plus they have the most famous paintings of the past artist. Which makes it a more interesting to go. Yes, The Art Institute has a lot of beautiful paintings such as abstract paintings,cubism, surrealism, post-impressionism and other different techniques. Also, looking at the pictures I could not can imagine that there is a lot of history on them but when i started to look up and made some research I found a lot of information. But there was one more thing bother me, why did the author choose to draw or made this sculpture and what were there feeling that inspired them to draw them.After, we finish with all the tour we end up loving that place
