My first impression of this artwork is that it is very creative and it has an unique oldfangled design of a robot. The artist used a great number elements of line the radio speaker design use vertical lines which are bold and thick . The antenna line are diagonal line that are long and thin. The curved lines are thick, bold, and smooth these lines creates the facial features and head of the robot figure. Each individual three dimensional shape of the radio and TV gives the artwork a robot shape. The geometric shape used in the artwork is square, rectangular and circle. The value of the TV screens makes each TV or radio stand out in its own way. The first two mid size TV's seems to be brighter and makes it stands as in it is the chest of the robot. Different shades of the brown seems to be the primary color in the piece of art. The different shapes of browns are between light and dark cherry oak color. I believe the texture on the outside of the piece …show more content…
The TV's and radio need show unity. The screen of the devices showed the same visual picture. The emphasis are on the first two set of TV they are lighter than the others. Also the antennas and brightness draws your attention there first. The contrasts element of the art is the different shades of brown. The balance of the TV's and radio are the same. The asymmetry figures consist of the same objects. A lot of rhythm each shape almost have the same design of way the object is shaped. The TV's and radios are setup in a certain pattern to resemble a robot. The art piece is very sufficiently unified because the TV's and radio ties and forms an art piece. The art piece has a lot going on but it does not have a lot going on. A lot of the dimension repeats itself. The artist showed a lot of creativity and outstanding uniqueness. This art work makes me feel like I could use simple things around my house and make an art

The stagnant air carried with it not a hint of a breeze, traveling as slowly as the rush-hour traffic moving past Impressions art gallery. Unknown to passersby, inside the posh Mount Vernon studio, business was well under way.…

Each circle has 6 points coming off of its wooden frame, which create a sort of star shape on top of the white circles.
