Arsheesh Short Story

One day a man came to a door in southern Calormen. After he was invited in, the boy Shasta made him supper, and then was thrown out of doors. The Tarkaan offered to buy the boy and him and Arsheesh bartered over the boy until late into the night. During this time, Shasta made his way over to the horse and made the shocking discovery that Bree (the horse) could talk. After Shasta discovered that Arsheesh was not his father, and the Tarkaan that had just purchased him was an evil man, he and Bree decided to run for it.
In the following weeks after the escape of Bree and Shasta, were actually the best Shasta could ever remember. Bree was a kind and patient horse, and Shasta mastered riding quite well. Then one night, there was an encounter with

But then, the unthinkable happened! Shasta was mistaken by the Narnian visitors of Prince Rabadash and was taken in the place of Prince Corin. After Shasta was taken to the Narnian quarters he realized that the Narnian's were in quite a pinch. So after hearing the plans for the Narnian escape he is a loss of what to do when Prince Corin turns up. The two talk briefly and quickly return to their normal places, and Shasta heads to the Ancient Tombs to wait for the others. As for Aravis, Bree and Hwin however…
When Shasta was taken, Aravis held the two horses captive and stood and tried to think of what to do, but before she had decided, an old friend (Lasaraleen) just happened to notice her. In that moment, Aravis jumped into the litter and told her friend to close the curtains, and tell her servants to grab the horses immediately. Aravis returned with her to Lasaraleen's house and explained the situation and they decide to head to the Tisroc's house.
I have absolutely loved The Horse and His Boy so far. It's been a thrilling adventure, and really hard to put down. All the way from Arsheesh cabin to the gates of Tashbaan it has been an amazing story. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. The depth of the story is just so enriching and
