Normally aromatase inhibitors are used for blocking the conversion of androgen to estrogen in women as a treatment for breast cancer. But the author researched it to use this in male also.
The evidence that the author used is the normal physiology of the human, Aromatase inhibitors inhibit the conversion of androgen to estrogen (Aromatization) so if taken, the level of androgen will be increased in men. So the effects of the androgen to the body will be increased (increase height, improve testosterone level).
The evidence is valid and relevant. I had read one article named "Therapeutic uses of aromatase inhibitors" which is the similar but not identical as this topic.
