Imagine competing as a professional bodybuilder, walking out on stage in front of thousands of people tanned, oiled, and in a speedo just to show off your muscles and your hard work. That's who Arnold Schwarzenegger is. Arnold Schwarzenegger is one of the most iconic names ever in the fitness industry, but how did this Austrian man come to America and become a legend? He is said to be the best bodybuilder ever to live and in my opinion he is the best. Arnold is an inspiration to males and females in the bodybuilding industry everywhere. He even motivates others to follow their dream and get to the goal they set out for themselves which is exactly what he did. If it was not for Arnold their would not be as many bodybuilders around as there …show more content…
Junior Europe and changed his lifestyle to pursue it weightlifting and bodybuilding were appreciated and loved by people everywhere but Arnold took it to a new level and set the bar high. He trained for hours in a local gym and at home in a room with no heat that he had set up for himself and his new love he also studied anatomy and nutrition to understand how to become physically fit. His parents were worried that he had became obsessed with his training but Schwarzenegger had a specific goal which was to leave his little village behind and be successful in America. Arnold made a blueprint for people to use which is one if his workout and diet routines that he had used while he was competing but many people say it is impossible to get to where Schwarzenegger was in his time but others accept the challenge and set out to achieve the same goal the Schwarzenegger had for himself. He has impacted many people and inspired many with his story and his struggle of how he came from nothing with no future and no vision to being the best bodybuilding icon ever to live the sport was born before arnold but he made the sport
