As the Army General of the Mexican military it is my responsibility to protect Mexico and civilians from natural disasters which includes prevention measures. Preparing of military forces to protect the internal security of the country is another objective. The last objective is preparing military forces to repel external aggressions. My hidden responsibilities include making sure the Sinaloa drug cartel continues to run smoothly. My strengths include having the power to play both sides of fence with negotiations with the president and the drug cartel. I speak with both sides so I know the inner workings of both sides and how they move. My one weakness is I can be exposed by either side if I don’t play my cards right. It keeps me in a bind
