As one of the lines of effort, the Army Warrant Officer 2025 Strategy states that the Army needs to develop an approach for Talent management and utilizations of warrant officers to better support the Army in the future. The talent management Line of Effort has four different supporting objectives ranging from utilization methodologies within the Army ranks to serving in multinational positions. In the past, the Army has tried to manage talent for Soldiers who were language capable, but because of additional requirements and factors, managing linguist in the right positions proved to be much more challenging.
