I believe that all people deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. All Soldiers should be provided with opportunities to excel; success should be the norm, not the exception. I believe in being tough, but fair. I believe that work-life balance is extremely important and that one can certainly affect the other. I expect all Soldiers to report prepared to put forth their best effort so we can work as an effective, efficient team and then leave work at work, and go home for the day. While some days may be long, and spill over into the next, I believe a good work-life balance is extremely important.
My personal values mirror the Army Values. Especially dear to me are respect, honor, and integrity. I will treat all Soldiers as I expect to
