The Army has a special forces unit called the Rangers, which is what I would want to join after completing basic training. I have found that no matter what special forces you join that they are all very physically demanding. For instance, an Army Ranger will have to do 80 pushups and 80 sit-ups in a total of 4 minutes, and that is only the beginning. Finding this out for the first time I didn’t panic or throw my hands up and say this isn’t for me, I started running every day and am working out frequently. This exercise is vital to any applicant’s success when trying out for a special forces
