Our stance on military power is striking, made clear with the multiple cuts and deductions with weapons and nuclear arsenals. The halt on weapons’ programs will not affect the items already manufactured, which will please citizens worried about weakening our government while also soothing those who wish to stop our rapid arms’ race.
Many citizens of the country will appreciate the retraction of troops working to stop ISIS and general military presence in Asia and Europe. 350 billion dollars in the long run will be saved because of our decision to raise the qualification ages of Medicare and Social Security to 70. When covering this cut in the budget, make sure to emphasize the importance this will have on future generations. With our citizens living longer on average, raising the aid qualification will keep a community of American workers strong, and we can allocate the billions of dollars to people on the opposite spectrum: bright, young Americans eager to learn.
Furthermore, increasing the age of eligibility will lessen the impact these entitlements have on our budget. It will increase the workforce and definitely help our national revenue through the extra payroll taxes.
