Profession of Arms, we as an army must project a more professional expertly trained level of Soldier that is well rounded and developed. Our Army’s Soldiers must be able to project a set list of ideals and values without second guessing themselves or having to be reminded continuously of what our Army’s ethical standings are. If we cannot portray that we as an organization can police our own, train our own, and maintain our own, we will lose the trust of the American people. For me and my fellow human resource leaders, our main focus should be to lead from the front as an example to emulate on and off duty by setting our standard higher than “just making it.” We must take initiative and work in cohesion with one another as the backbone of
